How will this program help you better serve your community?

I am very passionate about learning about the loopholes that exist between community revitalization for individuals that have to be displaced because they cannot afford the rise in property taxes. I want to use the tools that I learn in the master class to help educate residents about different policies and practices that affect their everyday lives because I don't think that everyone understands all of the behind the scenes decisions that are made by the local government and sometimes local nonprofits. I care deeply about having the members of the particular community involved in their growth.

When you're not organizing your community or building power how do you spend your time?

I like to learn about natural hair and practice new hairstyles. I also like hanging out with my friends, as well as watching Grownish, How to Get Away with Murder and Blackish.
